This is a lovely, cosy house, up the hill from the town centre , in a quiet location. Nicely furnished, with a well equipped kitchen , outdoor seating area and our little dog appreciated being able to explore the grass area beyond the decking. Ideal for visiting other local beaches , villages and places of interest.

Lovely holiday home in a peaceful location with only a short walk to Beer high street, and the beach, with some great coastal walks.

This is great house in a great location. Very quiet and out of the way which is perfect. All amenities are in a short walk to the idyllic village of Beer.

The beautiful and modern property exceeded our expectations in terms of its comfort and cleanliness. Beer is a short walk away although down (and back up) a relatively steep hill so may not be suitable for everybody. Lovely views from the front of the house with lots of friendly birds to admire. Highly recommended.
