Updated in 2023, this beautifully presented four-bedroom property on the North Devon coast in the fabulous seaside town of Woolacombe. Sleeping seven guests and with its beautiful surroundings, gorgeous interiors and close proximity to local attractions, this holiday home is the ultimate retreat for a memorable holiday experience. With vaulted ceilings, enormous windows and stunning views of the coast from almost every room, as well as all of the perfect little touches, guests won’t ever want to leave.

Inside, you’ll be instantly charmed by the beauty of this property. From the utility, take the stairs up to the upper landing where you’ll find two lovely bedrooms – a double and a single bedroom, before ascending a further set of stairs to the extended and beautifully stylish en-suite master bedroom, with a king-size bed and far-reaching coastal views. Continuing along the upper landing to find the large kitchen/diner with its stunning, vaulted ceiling and double-glazed patio doors which provide wonderful views. On cooler days, guests also have the luxury of underfloor heating as well as a wood burner. The kitchen/diner is on a mezzanine floor with a glass balustrade overlooking the lounge below which is also beautifully styled. Outside, the cottage features a lovely garden and patio area, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside or enjoy a BBQ.

The award-winning beach of Woolacombe is just a short stroll away with 3 miles of beautiful golden sands on offer where you can build sandcastles, lounge on the sand and enjoy a picnic or take part in many of the water sports on offer. The village itself has plenty of shops and eateries to choose from or you can simply settle yourself in the evening and watch the sun set. For explorers, the South West Coast Path is on your doorstep; you can marvel at the spectacular views or try spotting the seals along the coastline. Other attractions and places of interest include Exmoor National Park (13 miles), the fascinating coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, linked by a funicular railway (21 miles), or the harbour town of Ilfracombe with its boat trips and aquarium – just 6 miles distant.

This property has everything that you need for your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped and the welcome pack provided was a thoughtful gift. The open plan of the rooms made it very sociable for our group and you never tire of the views of Woolacombe. Close to a fabulous beach and some super costal walks..we were lucky to spot seals! We also enjoyed sitRead moreting in the kitchen area watching the birds on the feeder and the sheep in the back garden. We had a super time at Falbala and we will definitely consider rebooking again. This is a fabulous property with loads of open plan space and breath taking views over Woolacombe Bay. It was immaculately clean and very well equipped. We loved it and the area is beautiful. I dont think youd find a nicer property. Thank you for the welcome pack which was very kind of you.

Falbala is a fantastic location, close enough to walk to the beach and far enough up the hill to get some amazing views too. Would highly recommend it.
