Sitting in the lovely village of Braunton, this stylish cottage makes the ideal escape for friends or family, plus two furry family members, having three flexible king or twin bedrooms, two shower rooms, and an enclosed patio for spending evenings in the sunshine. You’ll find lots of great places to eat out, stunning beaches, excellent golf courses, pretty villages, and excellent walking and cycling nearby.

The cottage is contemporary and stylish throughout with everything you need for a comfy stay. Step into the hall, store your coats and golf clubs and go through to the open-plan lounge/diner where you can curl up on the plush sofas and catch up on your favourite series on the Smart TV. Enjoy delicious home-cooked meals in the dining area prepared in the galley-style kitchen, with all you need to create great dishes and a coffee machine for your morning cuppa. Head upstairs to bed in the three attractive bedrooms, all can be made up as king or twin rooms and all have good storage too, you’ll also find two stylish shower rooms. Spend balmy days relaxing in the suntrap patio accessed from the kitchen or living area with a drink and a good book, get the BBQ going and dine al fresco.

Spend the day on Woolacombe’s 3 miles of golden sands, or head to Croyde beach (5. 5 miles) to go surfing, play a round among the dunes at the well-renowned Saunton Golf Club, grab your boots or bike for a day’s hiking or biking in Exmoor National Park (22 miles). For an adrenaline rush, try coasteering at Watermouth Castle (11 miles) and take the kids to Exmoor Zoo (17.5 miles) and Combe Wildlife Park (13.5 miles), visit Ilfracombe’s Victorian harbour (8 miles) to book a dolphin-watching boat trip.

Really lovely property just a short walk to the centre of Braunton. Roadside parking is available although usually further down the road as the street is very narrow. Having said that we have stayed in Braunton for many years and have rarely had private parking so it wouldnt put us off staying again. This cottage is in a great location, a short walk to the village centre. It was very comfortable and clean. Would book again.
