Made for celebratory get-togethers with friends or family, the accommodation invites a total of 13 guests to stay in exceptional levels of comfort and sophistication.

Calming, neutral tones adorn the walls and furniture in rooms set out over two storeys. Together with plenty of social spaces, the ground floor offers an impressive family bedroom with a super-king-size bed, two additional single beds and the option of a further trundle bed – an ideal place for a family of five to sleep. An additional family bedroom is laid out with its own en-suite bathroom on the first floor, alongside three king-size zip and link bedrooms and an additional family bathroom. Back downstairs, there’s space for the whole gang to come together at mealtimes and on evenings, complete with a games room and a lounge with Smart TVs and cushy seating.

Once you’ve got to know the private grounds that surround the property, you can set off and explore the Devonshire countryside further afield. Take a walk to the mid-Devon market town of Cullompton (1.5 miles), home to one of the UK’s most exceptional churches. Historic Tiverton (7 miles) is also nearby with its castle, the Museum of Devon Life and the Grand Western Canal Route leading through the countryside and into the Somerset town of Taunton (19.5 miles).
