Take a walk to the mid-Devon market town of Cullompton (1.5 miles), home to one of the UK’s most exceptional churches. Historic Tiverton (7 miles) is also nearby with its castle, the Museum of Devon Life and the Grand Western Canal Route leading through the countryside and into the Somerset town of Taunton (19.5 miles).
