Located in the pretty seaside village of Combe Martin which is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is known for its coastal location and historical charm. just 1 mile away is the picturesque beach which is great for swimming and kayaking along the stunning coastline. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path on your doorstep and it’s only 5 miles to Exmoor National Park, where you can explore the magical moorland and the woodland walks. Enjoy a family day out at the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (2 miles) or, if you’re looking for something to get your adrenaline going, why not have a go at coasteering at the beautiful Watermouth Cove (1.8 miles) where you can book a lesson? The idyllic beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde are within 15 miles, where you can book a surfing lesson or relax on the golden sands.

On arriving at this delightful holiday home, you will take the stairs which leads you to the light and airy lounge with a Juliet balcony and views across to the sea and surrounding countryside. Relax on the comfy sofas and catch up on a favourite box set on the Smart TV with family and friends. The bay window features a quirky stool and table set up. Enjoy whipping up a favourite recipe in the fully equipped kitchen and throw open the patio doors as you socialise at the dining table. Spacious and inviting, this is a wonderful, sociable room. Take the stairs to the four bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed, a Smart TV and fabulous views. It benefits from an en-suite shower room.
