Perfect for two, this coastal bungalow is ideally situated for those who are seeking relaxation and adventure on the Somerset coast with up to two dogs. Boasting sliding doors and a pretty private garden, you can make the most of the warm weather without having to leave your home from home. What's more, the local beach of Blue Anchor is less than half a mile from your doorstep for a day at the seaside.

At the heart of the property is the open-plan living room/kitchen/diner with a comfortable sofa located right by the sliding doors creating a light, bright spot where you can sit and read a book. The kitchen has been fully equipped to ensure you have what you need to prepare picnics, snacks and meals during your stay, which can be eaten at the dining table. The bedroom is a calming space with a super king-size bed and pretty views out of the window, located next door to the bathroom. Outside, you''ll be able to make use of the private garden or head out to the shared on-site games room to try your hand at table tennis, pool or a selection of board games.

Whilst you''ll be located right on the coast, the countryside is not far, with Exmoor National Park just 3 miles away. Pay a visit to the pretty village of Dunster (3 miles) and you can explore local history with a visit to the fairytale-esque castle on the hill, or travel to Lynton and Lynmouth (23 miles to experience the unique water-powered cliff railway. In the opposite direction is Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a truly special landscape with varying terrain which is rich in flora, fauna and wildlife making for wonderful walking trails.

We had a great week with the fabulous view across Blue Anchor. The property was clean and well equipped. Jo and Rick were great hosts. Have already booked for next year.

A gorgeous, really well equipped property up on the hill overlooking Blue Anchor bay. The view is stunning, the property is spotless and feel spacious. The owners are on hand in case of any issues. All round fantastic.

Amazing quiet place to stay, clean and very comfy bed, lovely garden to sit in and watch the steam train go by, close to the beach and a great woodland walk for the dog.really had a great time.owners available if any problems. Great stay

We had a really lovely stay at Beach View. Bed was comfortable. All the equipment that was required for a meal was available. Shower room was brilliant. There is so much to see in the area. Just up the road from Blue Anchor promenade. Lovely caf on seafront. Delicious GF cake. Had a good train ride on the Sunday (except for the breakdown in MineheaRead mored) Made up for this by going for a stroll along the promenade. A walk in the woods was a little short but it nice & peaceful. Totally enjoyed the walks with little dogs along the promenade in the mornings & evenings. Would like to book again in the future as other-half enjoys his fishing Hide

A perfect holiday at an outstanding location. Perfect for people with disabilities ( or not ) tranquil setting with wide views over the bay. Highly recommended.

The cottage is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The bathroom was well adapted to people with disabilities. The location is perfect with many attractions nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back.
