Nestled just outside the charming coastal village of Berrynarbor, close to the beautiful Hele Bay this wonderful home will serve guests well with close proximity to the village’s traditionally styled pub, tearooms, post office and local store, further amenities can be found at Combe Martin (2.5 miles) and Ilfracombe (4 miles). The lovely array of country and coastal walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, allowing guests to enjoy the crackle of twigs underfoot, or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park where a host of wildlife is waiting for you. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton all within 15 miles, whilst you could also visit the pretty beach of Watermouth Harbour (1.5 miles). Other attractions include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth (15 miles), Exmoor Zoo (10 miles), Watermouth Castle (1.5 miles) and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (3.5 miles).

Stepping up into this homely retreat you will soon notice the idyllic blend of both character and contemporary features. The opening porch space is perfect to slip off those walking boots after a day of adventures or tap off those sandy toes at the door after a day of sandcastle architecture.
