If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this wonderful purpose built apartment being one of only three and none above, is located in an elevated position on the Berry Head side of town. Close to Berry Head Country Park with its Napoleonic Fort and access to the picturesque South West Coastal Path, offering the best of both worlds to couples. The apartment is a 0.5-mile walk away from the beautiful fishing town of Brixham and Shalstone outdoor sea pool (May- September), yet offers a peaceful retreat for some quality time and relaxation.There are convenient bus stops adjacent to the apartment to the harbour. Take the coastal path to Berry Head which is a 1-mile walk, and take in the breathtaking views from the edge of Berry Head, read about the smallest yet tallest lighthouse in Great Britain, and then have a spot of lunch in the cafe.

Fancy taking a trip further afield? Visit Dartmouth and its range of shops, cafes and restaurants, a 6-mile drive and over the River Dart on the Higher or Lower Ferry. Just 7 miles in the opposite direction is Paignton Beach, once you've taken a dip in the sea, warm up with a tasty coffee and some seafood lunch at the restaurant.

This first-floor apartment is decorated in a retro mid century style, this 60s building and the apartment still have original 60s features like parquet flooring with a wonderful modern twist. As you enter you are greeted with a spacious hallway and the modern bathroom to your left. From the hallway on the right is the bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space. At the end of the hallway is the open-plan lounge/diner. There is a velvet sofa, armchairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a dining table and chairs. The dining area has sliding doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen is off the lounge/diner, with ample worktop space and equipped with everything required to cook up a tasty meal.

Outdoor seating is provided for two on the balcony, overlooking the communal green and offers pleasant sea views.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Seagrass. The quality of the fixtures and fittings were like brand new and being in our 70's we especially appreciated the retro style of the furniture etc. There was nothing that we felt we needed. A really super week !

Nice touches on arrival from owners wine milk teabags biscuits. Location in walking distance of Brixham but steep walk on return . Parking good with bus stop also near property. Nice balcony with view across to Torbay. Very well equipped for self catering. Good location to tour the area.
