Experience a unique escape to the country with a stay at this luxurious lodge. Nestled in the grounds of another holiday cottage yet enjoying its own privacy, this boutique lodge provides a designer glamping experience. Sleeping four guests in two double beds, it’s ideal for couples, small families or solo adventurers who love to be immersed in nature. Spend your days exploring Dartmouth and the Start Bay coastline, then return here for cosy evenings by the wood burner and balmy nights in the outdoor lounge.

Set in a private garden, this quirky retreat has been thoughtfully designed to maximise space and provide plenty of creature comforts. Light and airy with an open-plan layout, it offers a stylish yet cosy environment. At one end of the lodge is a smart, fitted kitchen with all the essentials for home cooking. A neat dining table seats four, and there’s a plush sofa next to a wood burner, for snuggling up in chilly weather. The other end of the lodge has a double bed next to a round window and a TV for bedtime viewing. Wooden stairs lead up to the mezzanine level, which houses a double bed plus a cosy den with beanbags, another TV and a games console. Please note there is restricted head height up here. A downstairs shower room completes the interior, while outside your living space is extended with a covered decking area with comfortable sofas, lounge chairs, a fire pit and a BBQ.

The cottage is in a wonderful location, really handy for Dartmouth, but also extremely tranquil. The outside area was fantastic, but if you want to make use of the fire pit, you need to bring your own wood, kindling and fire lighters. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had enough equipment for simple meals.

Lovely space in the countryside (expect some country bugs - moths), very peaceful great views. Felt safe & not overlooked. Not a new property so had its quirks. Narrow lanes to access, read the direction instructions. Overall a good stay and perfect for exploring area.

Hard to find the property. Hut is on a slant so the toilet door swung into the kitchen area if slightly open. Not the cleanest of properties. Didn't really like the instructions around the property telling you not to do things ie messages on notice board, in the toilet and in a separate folder. Not good value for money. Way off the beaten track eveRead moren for us. Hide
