Visit the rural town of South Molton, just 6 miles away, with its eclectic array of shops, tearooms and farmers’ market. Visit the Quince Honey Farm, with a farm shop and soft play area 8 miles from the house. Explore the gardens and tearoom at Castle Hill Estate, 10 miles away, or try rock climbing, kayaking, coasteering and more at Rock and Rapids Adventures, also 10 miles from the property. Venture out on one of the many pretty riverside and country walks nearby to fully appreciate the local surroundings and wildlife, or explore the wonderful sandy, surfing beaches of the North Devon Coast, 24 miles away.

This semi-detached cottage offers spacious accommodation and is full of character and charm.
