Situated in an elevated position on the clifftop, this enticing apartment is a great base for families filled with home comforts and enjoying use of a shared garden overlooking the sea. The villages of Lynton and Lynmouth within Exmoor National Park ensure plenty to see and do during your stay, from walks at Valley of the Rocks to a trip of the unique funicular railway which are sure to be memories you remember for many years to come.

With views of the sea, the living room is a lovely place to kick back and relax with two cushy sofas, a footstool and a TV for film nights. Next door is the kitchen/diner which is tastefully decorated in neutral tones with a four-seater dining table for the family to gather around and tuck into a tasty home-cooked meal. The first of the bedrooms is located downstairs and is ideal for those travelling with younger children as it is furnished with both a double bed and a single bed. Upstairs is the second bedroom, complete with a comfortable king-size bed. The property has two bathrooms for convenience, one of which is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, whilst the other has a shower over the bath. Outside is a pretty shared garden area with plenty of seating for evenings when you wish to dine alfresco.

If you''re looking for an active adventure, the South West Coast Path is accessible within a mile and provides an invigorating and fascinating trail to follow through varied terrains. Or, head to one of the fantastic beaches located in the North Devon Surf Reserve and try your hand at catching waves with Woolacombe (21 miles), Croyde (24 miles) and Saunton (25 miles) all offering lessons for all abilities. To explore the local area by sea, pay a visit to Ilfracombe (19 miles) and you can book yourself aboard a wildlife-spotting boat trip, or take the ferry out to Lundy Island to explore its 4,000 years of history.
