Brixham is a town famous for having one of the largest fishing fleets in the UK and is a great bustling town suitable for walkers, foodies and beachgoers. Less than 50 metres from the front door is the New Quay Inn and some of the best fish and chips in South Devon. Walk along the harbourfront to Breakwater Beach and the little lighthouse at the end; take a break with a spot of lunch at the Breakwater Bistro; or hire water sports equipment or jet skis from alongside the breakwater. Further along is Berry Head Nature Reserve where you can enjoy a beautiful walk with stunning scenery. If you want to go further afield, then the Town of Dartmouth is 5 miles away where a trip across to Kingswear on the Higher or Lower Ferry is a delight. Paignton and Torquay are between 5 and 10 miles away and offer more harbour views and coastal walks as well as a little bit of shopping.

This property's layout covers four floors and has ample space for all the guests. As you enter on the ground floor, you walk immediately into the open-plan kitchen and dining area. Find a dining table seating six people and a well-equipped kitchen arranged at the rear of the room. Take the stairs which spiral up to the first floor. The door at the top of the stairs leads to the communal gravel area which can be accessed via some external steps. There is also the utility/games room; a washing machine is provided for the guests as well as table football, making it a great area for teenagers to escape to. Back inside is the first family bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin, and a double bedroom with gentlemen's wardrobe, shelving and a feature fireplace. This bedroom is located to the front of the property overlooking the steps. Up the next set of stairs, on the second floor, is the master bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom, and the second family bathroom. The master bedroom houses a double-size bed, dresser and mirror, built-in wardrobe and bedside tables. The en-suite has a shower unit, WC and hand basin. The family bathroom in between the two bedrooms has a shower unit, WC and hand basin. The twin room features a tallboy chest of drawers and bedside tables. Up the stairs once more, on the third floor is the lounge. The lounge has comfortable seating and bean bags, a wall-mounted Smart TV and two steps leading to the rear decked balcony. The room and balcony enjoy some sea views and overlook the town.
