Nestled in the village of Aylesbeare this beautiful property is surrounded by some of the most stunning countryside views. An ideal location for the avid bird watcher, dog walker, rambler and families, it offers a wonderful base for making memories together. Immerse yourself in the peaceful countryside, yet still be within easy reach of the historic city of Exeter (8 miles), the seaside town of Exmouth (9 miles) and the elegant coastal resort of Sidmouth (8 miles).

This three-bedroom property can sleep up to seven guests, offering a restful base for East Devon adventures. As you enter the property, you are greeted by a spacious living room with ample seating for all guests. Switch on the electric fire for cosy nights in and watch a feel-good film on the Smart TV. From the living room, step into the family kitchen, which is well equipped for catering for those special occasions or cooking up a delicious Sunday roast. There is a kitchen island with bar stools – a sociable spot for enjoying a morning coffee or keeping the chef of the group company. There is a dining room with seating for up to eight people. The first of the bedrooms is found on the ground floor, featuring bunk beds which sleep up to three guests. There is a double-size bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top bunk. On the first floor of the property is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, freestanding armchair, chest of drawers, desk workstation and chair. The final bedroom has a single (2’6”) bed with a trundle bed that can be made into a king-size bed if requested. The family bathroom has a bath with shower head attachment, a separate shower cubical, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.

Outside, make the most of the fully enclosed gravelled garden with outdoor seating. Enjoy the charcoal BBQ on a summer evening with all your friends and family.
