We loved this cottage. The level of workmanship was excellent. The quality and detail of equipment provided and all the other little touches were so good. Your own parking which wasnt shared, the door lock system, the outdoor seating and hose pipe to wash off boots. Enough plates and cutlery to fill the dishwasher. 2 sofas with lights. The liRead morest goes on!. The attention to detail was second to none. The cottage was down a long quiet lane, and is quite isolated, so maybe not for everyone, but for us that was absolutely perfect and so very peaceful! We both agree this is the best cottage weve ever stayed in Hide

This was a beautiful cottage. Clean and well equipped. The information provided by the owner was excellent prior to arrival and made our stay very relaxing. It was in a great location for walks and we had absolutely no problem with the narrow lane. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this cottage to family and friends. Thank you.

Cottage was beautiful inside and out. Very comfortable bed and loved the hot water tap and shower. The location was very peaceful but close enough to all the attractions. Recommend a walk to the pub in Lee. Friendly and great food. Walk back is a killer but views amazing so good excuse to stop regularly lol. Would highly recommend a stay.

Loved our stay at Rolling hills. The cottage was beautiful outside and in, comfortable, spotless, cosy and complete with mod cons. Perfect location, quite and very close to beautiful beaches where we spent most days exploring with our two dogs. The peaceful and safe cottage is very lovely, well equipped, immaculately clean, and comfortable. It is set in beautiful countryside with the bonus of many walks starting at the door. Other places of interest are nearby and accessible by car. I noticed that there was a bus service in Lee Bay, too. The informative communication from the owner priorRead more to the holiday was helpful, as was subsequent contact when on holiday. The lady and gentleman who were immediately nearby were welcoming, friendly , and helpful. Thank you to them. Hide

5* cottage. Nothing done on a budget. One of the nicest holiday accommodation we have stayed in. Yes, the lane to the property is narrow but worth the stay and main attraction areas are walkable anyway.

Loved the cottage. Beautifully renovated and the equipment was exceptional. Some egg cups would make a useful addition. Not keen on the lane. Fortunately we didnt have to reverse at all but meeting a car could be a problem as there are so few passing areas.

We had a lovely week at Rolling Hills. The property is beautifully furnished throughout. The front garden had lovely views down to Lee Bay and was secure enough for our small dog. Lots of places to visit within each reach, Woolacombe, Clovelly and Lynton. Only downside very narrow access lane and few passing points so several long reverses had toRead more be made! Hide

I believe we were the first to stay at this barn conversion. The quality and workmanship is exceptional. The interior design has been carefully considered, is well laid out and beautifully decorated. Extras include, instant boiling water tap, keyless door entry, large smart TV, excellent WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker and much more. The kitchen is verRead morey well equipped and left us wanting for nothing. The owners generously provided, a bottle of wine and a cream tea, which was appreciated. The exterior has a seating area with BBQ and the lawned area, is secure, so ideal if you have a dog. Location is peaceful, whilst being in easy reach of Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. One slight downside, the accommodation is only accessible by a very narrow lane, with few passing places and 3/4 mile long. We had some tricky manoeuvres, but don't let that put you off, this conversion is a gem and well worth the effort. Hide
