Easy access to the A30 makes it effortless to reach the cathedral city of Exeter, just 20 miles away. Exeter boasts a wide range of restaurants and a multitude of shopping opportunities. Furthermore, there are several natural attractions within a 20-mile radius, including Lydford Gorge, Roadford Lake, Meldon Reservoir and Viaduct, Okehampton Castle, and families will love the Miniature Pony Centre, and Crealy Adventure Park.

A utility room/boot room houses the washing machine and there is a handy cloakroom with WC. Heading up the beautiful wooden staircase to the first floor which has exposed beams and many character features, you will find three bedrooms, one of which is a beautiful king-size room with a stunning stained glazed panel which brightens up the first floor with coloured hues. Off this room is an en-suite shower room with WC. Another room has a super-king-size bed and a single (which can be used as a twin) and lastly a twin room. The family bathroom completes the accommodation and has a freestanding bath with shower over the bath and a WC.
Outside, at the rear, is a large, enclosed patio with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ and a gateway to some 5 acres of shared grounds which are ideal for exploring and which dogs will love – you may well bump into the owner and his dogs whilst enjoying their morning stroll.
