This delightful two-bed charming cottage is in a delightful rural spot perched on the edge of Frogmore Creek, part of the Kingsbridge Estuary. You’ll be deep within the South Devon National Landscape, surrounded by gorgeous scenery all ripe for discovery on foot, by bicycle or in the car. You’ll be 3 miles from Kingsbridge, a vibrant market town with an eclectic selection of intriguing antique shops, art galleries and gift shops for you to explore.

Lovely rustic decor compliments the traditional charm of this homely dwelling, which has a number of original features including painted stone walls, wooden ceiling beams, window seats and latch doors. The light and airy summer room, which doubles as a dining area, is a lovely spot for relaxing with food or a book. Bi-fold doors open to reveal a delightful patio where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy a glimpse of the nearby riverside. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which has Italian marble worktops for an elegant finish. After dinner, unwind in the cosy lounge, catching up on your favourite programme on the Smart TV. When it’s time for bed, choose between a beautiful king room or twin bedroom, and there’s a charming family bathroom too for freshening up each day. Nearby beaches you may choose to visit are the wild Lannacombe Beach (6 miles) and Blackpool Sands (8.5 miles), which is surrounded by towering evergreens and pines.

We fell immediately in love when we entered this cosy, spacious and unique cottage where you can feel that everything is made with love. The kitchen is great with a huge variety of equipment - here cooking makes fun! The bed and the linen were very comfortable as well! The garden is beautiful and great for the children to play. Unfortunately we didRead morent get to know the owner personally because we would have been very interested in the history of this old cottage. You need to know that the road next to the cottage is narrow, but we always found a parking close by (opposite of global Inn). The parking next to the cottage belongs to the neighbour who didnt want us to park there. Besides you need to know that it is an old cottage which is very romantic but not modern. We enjoyed it a lot staying there. Thank you very much! Hide

We had such a great weekend staying here, it was absolutely perfect location wise and the cottage was so cosy and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our weekend and would definitely be interested in staying again
