The cottage has great potential in the charming village of Thurleston with interior colour scheme and design tastefully done. However, the property needs a better standard of cleaning and refurbishment/maintenance to bring it up to an acceptable standard commensurate with the rental price. Downstairs the kitchen/diner provides suitable space and eqRead moreuipment for a family and children, seating up to 6 at the table indoors or 4 on the patio table outside. Ample crockery is provided although oven trays/ware need replacing. The lounge is comfortable and leads to the hallway (the front door is not in use) with a steep staircase (with a 'duck or grouse warning'). The main bedroom has a delightful balcony with views towards the sea and an adjacent (but not en suite) shower/handbasin/toilet space. The second bedroom with twin beds has no proper hanging space, whilst the third bed/boxroom just accomodates bunk beds. Parking to the rear of the cottage is challenging, involving limted space, a narrow track from the main road and plenty of Devon walls. Hide
