Well-equipped, very clean, and comfortable house with wonderful views out to sea. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that there are a lot of steps down to the garden, which is small and paved, and the house is in a one-way road which is quite steep, and is a long climb back up on foot from the harbour area. There is also no loo on the grRead moreound floor. Parking for 2 cars was interesting but manageable. Hide

Lovely comfortable home with amazing views. Well equipped, and a superb welcome pack awaiting us on arrival. It is a steep up and down to the quay, but the exercise is good, especially after the cream teas!

Loved staying at this house. Great sea views from all the main rooms in the house. Standard of finish is very high, with lots of equipment not normally provided in rental homes. Great also to have off street parking.

A lovely cottage in the perfect location for making the most of all that Ilfracombe has to offer; all within a short walk. The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom are fabulous and there is an outside balcony to take in the views and also a self-contained garden whRead moreich was perfect for our two little Shih Tzus. There was a lovely welcome pack of goodies which were yummy :-). Having off street parking was really helpful and there was plenty of room for our large car. You could leave the car at the cottage and not use it all holiday because there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance (we recommend The Terrace Tapas Bar and Lime Kiln Cafe and Bar) and the south west coast path is on your doorstep. However, it is a great base from which to explore the wider area. We would recommend Lynton and Lynmouth and the Valley of the Rocks. Hide
