Only downside is the very steep drive. Property very spacious and really comfy bed. Glorious views over the valley from the cosy front extension. Everything you could need in a holiday home.

We found the house to be very comfortable, clean and had all we needed. It is well presented. We loved the kitchen and spent a lot of time there. The garden is well looked after though the steps might be a bit steep for some. We liked the fact that there was a carport. The only negative thing was the steep drive. We loved our stay here.

This was a perfect base for exploring Sidmouth and the surrounding areas. The house was equipped with everything we needed and we took advantage of the front and rear garden each day. We would love to return for a future holiday.

Merrydale is a well placed house for exploring the area. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of bedding for different temperatures. The bathroom is modern and has a good shower but this requires a slipmat. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The lounge and conservatory are alternative rooms for relaxing and watching television.
