This splendid lodge is perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing holiday and an ideal base to discover the attractions of Devon and Cornwall. Few locations can rival the picturesque beauty of Roadford Lake, which is just 100 metres from the lodge. This destination brings nature, relaxation, and adventure together. Explore the scenic trails, go for a cycle or immerse yourself in water sports. Enjoy exploring the pretty countryside, including the walking trails of Dartmoor National Park (10 miles) and take to the water at Roadford Lake Activity Centre (1.5 miles).

Step inside this bright lodge full of natural light and relaxing hues. A spacious open-plan layout means your stay has a relaxing home-from-home feel. Unwind in the lounge, kitchen or dining areas, enjoying a movie night, playing board games, or preparing a delicious meal. The contemporary kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook up some tasty treats. After dinner, retire to the lounge area and relax on the comfortable sofas. The lodge features a king-size and two twin bedrooms. The king-size has an en-suite shower, and all the bedrooms feature a Smart TV. A large family bathroom completes this lovely lodge. Outside, enjoy the large private terrace: relax and unwind, take in the uninterrupted views across open fields or fire up the BBQ for al fresco dining on the enclosed patio. The site has two designated parking spaces.

The historic market town of Launceston (10 miles) is a must-see attraction, and Hidden Valley (13.5 miles), with its adventure park and maze, makes for the ideal family day out. If you love the beaches, head over to Bude (20 miles), where you’ll find three beaches and a sea pool. If you’re savouring local fare, head to Tavistock (14.5 miles), home of the cream tea.

  • 3 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 2 twins (one of which has zip-and-link beds that can be made into a super king-size upon request) Please kindly note if you are booking a next day arrival at short notice, one bedroom may already be made up as either a twin or a super king which cannot be amended.

We were three generations and we all had a fantastic time. Nothing we would change . Sitting out in the evening after being busy all day out facing that lovely field .

The Lodge was sparkling clean and was a really high standard, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We would recommend the lodge and the site as a perfect base for a relaxing break but also quite close to all the area of beauty Devon and Cornwall has to offer. Lovely lodge, clean and tidy. Very well equipped. Had a brilliant stay. Good central location and good local pubs for food.

We stay here at least twice a year we like this lodge as with two small dogs they are closed in the back. The communication is always spot on the lodge has everything you need. Its been perfect for my elderly parents as its all in one level it has all the homely qualities in a great location
