On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom. From the kitchen, a door leads out into the small and enclosed courtyard, which features a decked seating area perfect for a morning coffee. Please note there’s a strict unloading-only policy along the street – parking is available in a public car park behind the property.
The cottage is just metres away from the working harbour, with a wealth of pubs, cafes, shops, restaurants and art galleries locally. At the harbour, you can watch the daily catch come in, or take a boat trip out into the channel to explore the picturesque island of Lundy. Ilfracombe also has some beautiful beaches with attractions including the Ilfracombe Aquarium, the Landmark Theatre and Capstone Hill. Exmoor National Park is only a mile east, home to Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, and Heddon Valley, all within 12 miles.
