Set on the fringes of the magical Exmoor National Park, this delightful cottage is perfect for larger families and groups of friends discovering a stunning corner of North Devon. With plenty of space for up to eight guests, the stylishly furnished property has been charmingly decorated in light, inviting shades to make an ideal retreat for walkers, nature lovers and cyclists discovering the region’s wonderful beaches, quaint coastal villages and magnificent countryside. Surrounded by glorious far-reaching views, this tranquil hideaway lies in a perfect spot to provide a relaxing backdrop for a peaceful break.

Entering this characterful property the hall leads to a beautifully equipped galley-style kitchen. Further along the hall, you’ll step into the tastefully furnished open-plan lounge/diner with a Smart TV and sumptuous seating and a dining area perfect for family get-togethers. Exploring further, there are four spacious bedrooms to choose between: a pretty twin and a charming king-size room are along the hall, with three steps leading up to the two remaining bedrooms, both cheery doubles. The accommodation also features a refreshing shower room and a lovely bathroom. Outside, the peaceful garden has a lawn and a gravelled courtyard area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, making a great spot for al fresco dining on a sunny afternoon. There’s a narrow entrance to the driveway, which has parking space for three cars.

The property lies along the southern edge of Exmoor, with miles of breathtaking walks for you to enjoy. To the south, the popular Quince Honey Farm (6 miles) sits just outside the historic town of South Molton. Other local attractions and landmarks include the Cobbaton Combat Collection, Wimbleball Lake Activity Centre, Barle Valley and Exmoor Zoo, all within 18 miles. Heading north, the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway (19.5 miles) offers amazing views.

Booked for New years Eve for a small break with our parents. The Cottage had everything you could ask for the Kitchen had everything you needed. A great nights sleep really comfortable mattresses. If you are looking good for a great location with fantastic views this is the place.

Peaceful rural spot. Plenty of room for the family. We appreciated the welcome pack of local goodies. Low water pressure was a bit of an issue but didnt spoil our holiday.
