Ideal location with many beaches a short drive away. Braunton shops within easy walking distance. Cottage itself is well equipped and there is a private parking space.

We had a super week. The accommodation is perfect for a couple with plenty of space to spread out. It is well equipped and the hosts left a generous care package including milk in the fridge to help us settle in. The location is very good, in easy walking distance to the centre of Braunton which is well served with shops and eateries. Its a perfectRead more base to discover the local area from. The hosts kindly posted the things we unfortunately left behind. We would definitely recommend. Hide

What a lovely cottage. Clean and well equipped. Ideal location for Braunton Burrows and Saunton Sands which are ideal if you have dogs. The cottage doesn't have a garden, but there is decking at the front which is fenced off. The parking is difficult if you have a large vehicle. The welcome pack was above and beyond, but no spoilers. I would definiRead moretely recommend this property and we will definitely return. Hide

Having stayed in many holiday accommodations over the years in the UK and in Europe, I can honestly say this was the best equipped. Everything was top notch! Extremely clean and extremely comfortable. Nothing had been overlooked. Would highly recommend!

Lovely annex it gets extremely hot during hot days It was not suitable for my medium sized dog No shade on the decking and it was not clear that the gravel is for the car and a very busy road runs past the back of your parked car Very open when you sit on the decking the curtains needed to be closed if you want privacy from people walking past Read more However it is a lovely little annex if you do not have a medium or large dog and you are using it just for a place to sleep. It is very close to the village and it is s good Central place if you are travelling out for a day We would recommend staying here if you do not have a dog that likes staying outside it would be very easy for them to jump the railings and get onto the road Hide
