Perched at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of vibrant Woolacombe, this contemporary retreat is ideally placed for a North Devon escape. Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, it's an excellent base for families or friends to explore one of the UK's most celebrated stretches of coast. The property also boasts a private garden with sea views, perfect for al fresco dining moments.

Enter (via steps or an accessible ramp) into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Patio doors open onto a balcony where you can soak up sea views. Unwind on the sofas with the Smart TV or gather at the dining table. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up feasts. A second lounge at the rear offers extra space, complete with another Smart TV, sofa, workstation, utility area and garden access. Three bedrooms are on this floor: a twin and a king with sea views, plus another king overlooking the garden with its own en-suite shower room. These bedrooms share a family bathroom. On the lower floor, a super-king-size bedroom enjoys its own bathroom and access to the front garden via patio doors. Outside, a sloping lawn leads up to a raised decked area with outdoor furniture and stunning sea views towards Lundy Island. Handy extras include storage for surfboards, a wetsuit hanging rail, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Private parking is available for up to three cars, with on-street parking nearby (subject to availability).

Woolacombe’s award-winning golden beach, along with the village’s shops, cafes and restaurants, are 0.5 miles. Stroll straight onto the South West Coast Path for clifftop walks, and head towards Baggy Point (5 miles) for sweeping sea views. Uncover the charm of Ilfracombe (5.5 miles) with its harbour and Tunnels Beaches, or spend the day on the endless sands of Saunton (7.5 miles).

We had the best time at Woolacombe Seascape! Waking up to those sea views was amazing, and the house itself is so bright, comfy and chilled. Loved being just a short walk from the beach and loads of great cafs and restaurants ideal for coffee runs and dinners out. The balcony and garden were perfect for relaxing in the sun.
