Inside this pretty cottage, a warm welcome awaits. On the ground floor, the lounge, kitchen and dining area thoughtfully flow together to create a sociable hub, ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones. Curl up beside the wood burner, watching a film on the Smart TV or share long dinners around the country-style table. Upstairs, a light-filled snug with a deep sofa offers a peaceful hideaway to curl up with a book, and there are two restful bedrooms, a serene king-size, along with a cheerful twin. Two shower rooms, one on each floor, add comfort and convenience. On sunny mornings or balmy evenings, a first-floor terrace with bistro furniture invites al fresco meals and drinks. Unallocated street parking serves the cottage, along with a public car park within 50 metres.

Wander out to discover the charms of Lynton, bursting with independent shops and eateries and surrounded by woodland walks and coastal views. Hop on the iconic cliff railway to the harbour town of Lynmouth (0.5 miles) or set off to explore the Valley of the Rocks (1 mile). Keen walkers can pick up the South West Coast Path in either direction, while inland, the wild moorland of Exmoor invites exploration. For golden beaches and enticing surf, head to Woolacombe (21 miles).

A beautiful cottage, perfectly positioned for access to Lynton, Lynmouth and the Valley of Rocks. It had everything we needed and communication was excellent throughout.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful cottage. It was very homely with everything we needed and in a perfect location close to all the shops and places to eat. Would defintely recommend
