Wonderful cottage, has everything you need including lots of doggy bits and pieces our dog loved the little bed in the conservatory. Fabulous cream tea on arrival which was delicious, close to shops and eateries nearby. We arrived at the cottage to find a cream tea provided for us. Much appreciated after our drive there. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and it was great to sit out in the garden on a summer evening. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped if we had wished to do so. The location was excellent, only 5 mins walk Read morefrom the local supermarkets and a great spot to start exploring Devon. We would definitely return to this property. Hide

This is truly a five-star property - comfortable, warm, well equipped and in a wonderful location. A lovely cream tea greeted us and the other supplies were much appreciated. In addition to a fully fenced garden, Oakford Lawn and Hackney Marshes are safe places to walk dogs without having to drive. Thank you for a great holiday.

Lovely decor...very nicely decorated. Very comfortable and clean. The owners had really thought of everything we could need. We've stayed in many cottages over the years and this was definitely the most generous. They left us fruit, butter, milk and a cream tea on arrival. Many other items left for our convenience but won't mention incase owners deRead morecide to leave less in future (which they probably should as no other rental owners are this generous!) Would definitely stay in this cottage again. Hide
