Ilfracombe’s beautiful beaches and lively harbour are just a short walk away (0.5 miles), making this an exceptional choice for sunny seaside getaways. When the weather is less favourable, brisk coastal walks and cosy evenings indoors are just as appealing.

Beautiful bay windows, high ceilings and original cornicing enhance the bohemian aesthetic and rich colour palette found throughout the house. On the ground floor, admire the original Victorian floor tiles as you make your way to the lounge, kitchen and dining room. Entertainment is well catered for, with a Smart TV in both the lounge and the snug, along with plenty of space to gather around a board game or enjoy music in comfort. Seven bedrooms are spread across the first and second floors, each thoughtfully furnished and welcoming, with three featuring zip-and-link beds for added flexibility for sharers. Venture out to Watermouth (3 miles) or further along the coast to Heddon’s Mouth (15 miles), perhaps hopping on bikes to soak up the dramatic clifftop views from two wheels.

The house although very well kitted out with crockery, cutlery, it needs some improvements creaking stairs and sticking doors broken manhole cover outside allowing sewer smells to come inside. The outside furniture needs replacing. We had a very good time celebrating a 70th birthday with thirteen of us altogether and we had the hottest May bank holRead moreiday since records began. I would recommend this property only after some improvements had been carried out. Hide

We had a fantastic time with friends and family in this house! We couldn't fault any of it, what a brilliant place and lovely town to visit! We loved it!
