Situated in a quiet spot in the cheerful village of Braunton, this coolly decorated and elegantly furnished holiday home makes a fantastic retreat for families and friends enjoying a peaceful break along a stunning part of the Devon coastline. Within easy reach of several gorgeous beaches and the magical Exmoor National Park, this delightful single-level getaway is a fabulous base for walkers, nature spotters and beach lovers enjoying a well-earned break.

Stepping inside this friendly holiday home the tastefully kitted-out open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is an ideal space for you all to unwind in, with a roaring wood burner, Smart TV, ample seating, a central dining table and a fully equipped, thoughtfully organised kitchen space. Exploring this light-filled bungalow further you will find an elegantly tiled shower room and three cosy bedrooms: a cheerful super-king-size room, a lovely king-size and a snug single. From the main living space, wall-length bifold doors open up and lead into the charming enclosed garden, with a generous lawn and a cheerful raised decked space with ample furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. Private off-road parking is available for two cars.

The cottage sits on the outskirts of the lively village of Braunton which has a range of great places to eat and drink and is perfectly positioned along Devon's northern coast, with Saunton Sands, Croyde Beach, Baggy Point and Woolacombe Beach all within 8 miles. Heading a little further north along the coast, you will encounter Morte Point, Rockham Bay and the Bull Point Lighthouse (all within 9 miles), before reaching the thriving seaside town of Ilfracombe (8.5 miles). Heading east, Exmoor National Park (8 miles) offers some wonderful walking trails.

The property has been refurbished to a very high standard, quiet location handy for local beaches and shops/restaurants in Braunton. Garden was very secure for our dog and just the right size, nice area for sitting out in the evening. As we were there during the incredibly hot period a couple more fans would be great as the 2 smaller rooms in parRead moreticular were stiflingly hot. We would definitely stay there again. Hide

Lovely bungalow within walking distance to Braunton town. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Quality appliances. Dog safe and children safe garden. Easy to travel to other local places of interest including Barnstaple. We will definitely be going back.
