One of the property’s highlights is its namesake garden – compact, well cared for and a joy to sit out in when the sun shines.

On arrival, pull into the private parking space and make your way down a flight of external steps to the property, passing the suntrap garden with its loungers and outdoor seating before heading inside. Once indoors, you’ll find a dine-in kitchen flooded with natural light and boasting an incredible view – a welcome backdrop when cooking or tidying up after dinner. There’s a Smart TV here, ideal for catching up on the day’s plans over breakfast, while an additional Smart TV in the lounge makes it easy to settle onto the sofas and relax into the evening. When night falls, head up to the first floor to discover two beautifully styled bedrooms – one double and one twin – both served by a refreshing family shower room.

Lynmouth is a spectacular Devonshire holiday destination, twinned with the neighbouring village of Lynton (1 mile), which sits high atop the hillside and offers sweeping coastal views. Take the famous Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway (0.5 miles) between the two villages to admire the scenery from a unique perspective. Lynton offers a selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants, while closer to home, you’ll find the nearest beach in Lynmouth itself, namely the pebbly shores of Blacklands Beach (0.5 miles).

Lovely position overlooking the stream. The parking space provided was steep and difficult to turn in. Used car park opposite house and paid! Steps to house are steep.
