This glamping-style pod is a handcrafted, wood-panelled retreat designed for two guests, featuring cosy interiors and ample outdoor space for unwinding. It’s a wonderful choice for couples seeking a romantic getaway, with a luxurious hot tub available seasonally from April through to October. The property is set on a working farm estate, where fields full of baby lambs provide beautiful scenery throughout lambing season.

The studio-style pod puts everything you need at your fingertips, allowing you to relax in comfort after a long day of adventure. Step inside the arched entranceway and enjoy the warmth of underfloor heating. The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped, positioned beside a breakfast bar seating area for easy dining. Opposite sits an L-shaped sofa with a TV for evening entertainment. The double bed is tucked behind a wooden panel, creating a cosy sleeping nook, while the en-suite bathroom features a fully plumbed WC and a hot shower. Outside, the delightful garden area offers stunning views, along with a hot tub, outdoor seating and a BBQ. It is also just a short walk from your private parking space and the charming duck pond.

A gateway to both coast and countryside, the market town of Chard is just 4 miles away. It sits on the edge of the Blackdown Hills AONB (3.5 miles) and within easy reach of the East Devon coastline (16 miles), offering a varied selection of activities. For a seaside trip, visit the lively town of Lyme Regis and explore the South West Coast Path and fascinating undercliffs on the way to Axmouth (both 16 miles).

We had the best relaxing five days, the scenery was beautiful so quiet just the relaxing sound of nature, the pod was clean , comfortable had everything you needed , Kate the host was friendly, welcoming and was to hand if you needed anything , definitely recommend to family and friends and definitely return again .

We had such a lovely stay at this pod! The hot tub was a real highlightperfect for relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Its incredibly quiet and tranquil, exactly what we were looking for. Kate was very welcoming, meeting us on arrival and showing us around, which made us feel right at home. Well definitely be coming back!
