This contemporary townhouse is an irresistible coastal escape for large families or groups of friends. Spend all day on the nearby beach or stride out on the coast path, then relax at home in the courtyard or on the balcony, enjoying the incredible views.

Drop beach kit in the hall and wander into the kitchen/diner, which has a wall of patio doors offering access to a balcony and gorgeous views over the harbour and town. The kitchen includes a range cooker, microwave and dishwasher, perfect for whipping up delicious meals to serve at the adjacent dining table. After supper, head for the lounge, where armchairs positioned by the floor-to-ceiling windows make the most of the extraordinary vistas. For a quiet evening at home, stream a box set on the Smart TV, and if the weather gets chilly there’s also a wood burner. Head downstairs to find four tranquil bedrooms. Join the South West Coast Path at St Mary’s Bay (1 mile) or take the ferry over to Torquay (9.5 miles).

Really beautiful house with an amazing view of the harbour. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owner who was very kind and understanding. Also great communication with the lady looking after the house. It is on a narrow stretch of road, my son-in-law was fine with that but I parked up on the street further up , which was oRead morekay - good little workout of walking to the car. A holiday at the Watch House promises to immerse you right into Brixham. You can observe everything the quaint harbour and sea views have to offer. It would not underestimate the location to say youll have the best vantage point in town. The property is in a good location with stunning views and the benefits of a parking space although can be quite tight depending on other parking in street. The property could do with more comfortable seating on the balcony as we liked to sit out there a while but furniture didn't allow for this. The view from the kitchen / diner and lounge plus balcony is superb - always something to see. The cottage layout maximises those views.
