Upstairs, the attractive double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, has a small decked balcony so you can wake up and check out the surf! There is an additional bathroom and a small guest room with a single bed for flexible sleeping arrangements on this floor (bedding available on request). This can be used as a quiet area and has an outlook over National Trust land.

With Putsborough Beach at the other end of Woolacombe and Croyde Bay just 5.5 miles away, you’ll be truly spoiled for choice when it comes to sandy shores. If retail is more your thing, the market town of Barnstaple is under 10 miles away, where you can browse the shops, use the leisure centre or eat at a number of lovely eateries. Slightly closer is Braunton (4 miles), where you can visit the Museum of British Surfing.
