Situated on the edge of Exmoor within a designated Dark Skies Reserve, this charming holiday home awaits. Beautifully appointed, it’s an ideal property for families or small groups of friends with or without dogs who want to explore the open moorland, coast and rivers of the National Park. With up to 3,000 stars being visible on a clear night, grab your binoculars and head to the park to spend an enchanting night under the starry sky.

Everything about this property has been styled to perfection. The contemporary lounge with its wooden floors, stylish sofas and tasteful accessories is a joy to sit in and the traditional country-style bedrooms, one on the ground floor, are inviting spaces to retire to as the day draws to a close. A rear courtyard is the perfect place to fire up the BBQ and wait for the stars to come out closer to home.

For provisions, you can walk the mile to the shops of the nearby village of Dulverton or drive 15 miles to the historic town of Tiverton. If you fancy an historic afternoon out, you’ll find the medieval village of Dunster 17 miles from the property where you can visit the famous castle. Or get your walking boots on and head into the park where you can discover beautiful walks across moors, through forests and along coastal paths. You’ll not be short of a village or two on the way home where you can stop for a well-deserved cream tea, a reward for all that walking!

Amazing house in a great location. It is a lovely, light house with great parking, a good kitchen, a perfect lounge to relax in. Would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful house on the edge of the village. Warm, cosy and very clean. A ground floor bedroom and bathrooms were perfect for our elderly relative. Much bigger than the photos suggest, lots of room for everyone. The welcome pack of tea and cake was a lovely touch. Dulverton is an easy walk and has everything you need. Little Meadow is a very spacious, comfortable holiday home which is tastefully furnished throughout. Guests can walk into Dulverton which is a very interesting village with independent shops and a monthly farmers market. Ideal for a peaceful family holiday when visiting Exmoor.

Fantastic location and home. Friendly owners on hand if you need anything. Easy walkable access to pubs, restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous cottage and location, nice little walk into the town with a couple of pubs, restaurant and a shop for essentials, I would stay here again, happy days
