For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path passes through Woolacombe, and Exmoor National Park is nearby with Lynton and Lynmouth 17 miles away. For family days out, try Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (7.5 miles) or quirky Watermouth Castle (6.5 miles).
