The stunning first floor apartment is situated in the heart of Brixham’s bustling high street and is the perfect bolthole to explore the town’s harbour and array of beaches by foot or learn and indulge the area’s maritime history. With an assortment of restaurants, bars, cafes, museums and shops on the doorstep, there is plenty to see and do within the town. The apartment offers easy access to the spectacular South West Coast Path, which boasts stunning views all year round, and the popular seaside resorts of Torquay and Paignton are within 8 miles.

Enter the property through the shared entrance and make your way up two flights of winding stairs to the first floor. You will be welcomed into the spacious hallway where you can hang your coats and kick off your shoes. To your left is the family shower room and there is also a washing machine available in a cupboard. Down the hall in front of you is the lounge/kitchen/diner with a beautiful window seat and dining space. You can all congregate together in the well-equipped spacious kitchen, and through an archway is the lounge area with two sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for having some quiet time in the evening. The master bedroom is situated at the end of the apartment with a super-king-size bed, Smart TV and views out over the high street. Completing the apartment at the other end of the hallway is the double bedroom with a Smart TV.

While the apartment has no private outdoor space of its own, the town centre and harbour offer plenty of al fresco entertainment. Guests are provided with a parking space for 1 car, 5 minute walk from the property.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful, comfortable, modern apartment. It's right in the centre near the harbour so right in the middle of all the vibrance of the village. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and even a little hamper of equipment for your dog too. To access there is an outer door with security code and two separRead moreate apartments within the building, accessible by a winding but solid staircase. This apartment is on the first floor and all on one level. We stayed during a heatwave and had all the windows open; it can be a little noisy at night but this didn't bother us as it was expected being in the centre. It was just so convenient and none of the steps or slopes of staying further up in Brixham, so suited our mobility issues. The owner was lovely and had great communication. Hide
