We enjoyed a restful retreat. The Barn was so quiet, tucked away down pretty country lanes, yet near to the A39, which means Bideford and Bude are about 20 mins drive in each direction. We had everything you could want, with 3 bathrooms and 3 TV's, we were spoilt for choice, and it has to be the best equiped kitchen ever in a Holiday home! Absolutely fabulous stay, really spacious accommodation - as 3 adults and 2 big dogs we weren't tripping over each other. We stayed in February and found the place lovely and warm. A great base to explore North Devon with plenty of towns and beaches in easy reach. Hosts were very welcoming & friendly - we couldn't ask for more.

Comfortable cottage. Mainly quiet apart from first night when there were a large group of people staying in the adjacent events barn and they sang Oasis songs very loud beyond 11pm which was not great when you have a 6 month old baby and we needed the windows open due to the extreme heat. Otherwise peaceful. Other downside was having a small patioRead more which was overlooked by the window of the joining cottage. Despite this the owners were very welcoming and we enjoyed our holiday.
