This spacious ground floor apartment sits in an enviable position right on the water's edge, offering spectacular views of the dramatic seas and coastline of North Devon. Situated in the historical town of Ilfracombe, there are many sights and attractions at your fingertips from art galleries, museums and aquariums, to beaches, shops and more. Wander down to the bustling harbour where fisherman haul in their catch morning, noon and night and sample some of the freshly caught delicacies.

Set within an historic Victorian Terrace, this ground floor split-level property has been designed to maximise its stunning location and panoramic sea views. Entering on the ground floor you have a large and comfortable lounge that's filled with light due to a floor-to-ceiling window with uninterrupted sea views. The modern-day kitchen/diner provides the perfect space to sit back and relax with family and friends with a glass of wine whilst waiting for dinner. On the lower ground floor are the two cosy and bright bedrooms along with the pretty coastal-themed bathroom with shower over the bath.

Ilfracombe is a popular seaside town situated on the North Devon coast that thrives on its heritage and culture. Strewn along this beautiful coastline are some of North Devon's finest beaches. Hele Bay (1.5 miles) is a part sand, part shingle beach lying on the outskirts of Ilfracombe and has a welcoming and friendly pub where you can enjoy a refreshment or two in the summer sunshine. Or if you are a keen walker, take the South West Coast Path to the pretty Lee Bay which is around a 3-mile walk, offering fantastic scenery and wildlife.

An amazing flat with views and sunsets from the living the room window. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Slight smell of dampness downstairs due to humidity but no mould or anything like that. Excellent location to explore Ilfracombe from and I would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved this apartment, it was an immediate home from home with an astonishing view and central location Sarah, who contacted me prior to us arriving, had cleaned the apartment beautifully We would love to return, hopefully for the Sea Shanty Festival next time Thank you for a really lovely, and easy stay

We stay for the view, amazing, location is ideal, parking is not ideal, but free parking nearby on Granville Road, we have been several times and love the walks in both directions and the wonderful beach at Woolacoombe.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the view is breathtaking - we could easily have spent the whole week drinking tea and looking out of the window, but it's also a great location to explore Ilfracombe and the stunning North Devon coast so we enjoyed some beautiful walks with our dog, who also had a fantastic holiday. I chose this apartment to enable one son and partner to stay for the first part of the week followed by my other son to visit an a day basis with their dog in the later part of week. Suited that arrangement superbly. Ideally situated. Short walk into town. Restaurants and cafes down a passageway and adjacent to Capstone hill for a brisk walk up or Read morea stroll around the marine drive. Very spacious , well equipped , comfortable , apartment in a great location close to the harbour .The uninterrupted view from the living room or patio area out onto the Bristol Channel is unbeatable . I'd recommend buying a car park permit ( 56 for 7 days ) prior to arrival as it's 15 / 24hrs otherwise.

Such an amazing view from the living room window - while away the time watching the sea, boats and birds. I almost wished for a storm just to be able to watch it from the sofa! But also a very comfortable and well equipped property, convenient for everything that Ilfracombe has to offer.

Ilfricombe is a nice town and this apartment is well situated to its Main Street and Quay. The view of the sea is stunning from the sitting room and it a comfortable room, the kitchen islovely and bright. With the exception of the double bedroom the decor is a bit of a mismatch and doesnt compliment ilfricombe or the sea. The lower bedroom area is Read morecooler than the top living area. The apartment was good value for May for 4. It has huge potential with a little more investment Hide
