Spend quality time with friends and family in this wonderful apartment by the sea. The property, with its own private balcony, is set overlooking the iconic beach of Croyde Bay and is within easy reach of the South West Coast Path, where you’ll find mile upon mile of dramatic clifftop walking routes. Sleeping four guests, the accommodation is perfect for small families and couples.

Take the stairs to the welcoming first-floor apartment. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by a light and bright, open-plan lounge/diner, boasting stunning views across Croyde Bay. Sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa to watch the Smart TV, or come together around the dining table for evenings of good food. In summer, head out through the patio doors to catch the last of the sunshine on your private balcony, while watching the waves rolling in. When it’s time for bed, retire to the double or twin bedroom for a good night’s rest. As well as your private balcony, you’ll also have access to the shared seating overlooking the beach, where you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining in the Devon sunshine.

The bustling village of Croyde has everything you could want from a Devon coastal resort. Potter amongst the cute boutiques and surf shops, before grabbing a delicious local ice cream or a traditional cream tea. At the end of the day, toast your holiday in one of the cosy, thatched inns. Arlington Court National Trust (17.5 miles) makes a great day out and offers an alternative landscape to sand and sea. Stomp amongst the ancient trees, share a picnic on the vast lawns in front of the Regency house, or marvel at the horticulture in the walled gardens.

Lovely property with great views of the bay and sea. Comfortable beds and clean throughout and nice welcoming scones and cake on arrival which is a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and was a nice relaxing week. Would recommend to friends and family

The apartment seems unloved by owners and needs refreshing, Would also say not suitable for 4 adults and it would be quite cramped

Lovely apartment overlooking Croyde bay. The balcony was great to sit and watch the waves. There was a nice welcome pack consisting of bread, milk and a devon cream tea when we arrived which was a nice touch. The outdoor communal area was a lovely bonus. We sat and had drinks, dinner and played board games whilst watching the sunset out there on maRead moreny of the evenings. The private gate that accessed the beach was nice to have too. The apartment was perfectly located right next to Croyde beach. It was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. We were delighted with the generous tray of goodies on arrival. The whole complex was immaculate. Once there you dont need to drive anywhere. There is a Nisa supermarket at the Ruda holiday park opposite along with a selection of takeaRead moreways. Its a short walk to the Sandleigh Tea Rooms and 20 minute walk to the beach cafe at the other end of the beach or the village centre. Hide

We loved our stay at Croyde the property had lovely views, sofas and beds very comfortable, the food parcel was a lovely thought. We will certainly return.

the apt was superb. The quality of furniture and fittings exceptional. Location was to dream for..wonderful. Beds extremely comfortable bed linen spotlessly laundered . Plenty of storage in bedrooms . Welcome tray very generous and appreciated. The only negative was disturbance by the 2 apartments below . The 4 occupants chatted below our balcony fRead morerom late afternoon until after 10pm. Being in a corner the sound echoed and magnified. A note in the info folder in apts about being mindful ? Really good position for the beach. Initial problem with a leaking roof sorted as quickly as practicable. Balcony in a sunny spot but only fits two people. Needs refreshing.
