This high-quality apartment is a wonderful coastal retreat for up to three guests, offering stunning views from above the historic streets of Dartmouth. Discover the harbour town’s chic shops and eateries, head to nearby sandy beaches, or explore the coast path and pretty countryside – there’s plenty to do in this fabulous area for all ages.

Access the semi-detached, two-storey apartment through a quiet, shared courtyard and your private front door. The property’s reverse-level design makes the most of the delightful views, with a handsome double bedroom on the ground floor, featuring an en-suite WC and ample storage. The family bathroom is also on this level, with a shower over the bath and another WC. Upstairs, you’ll find the welcoming, open-plan living space, bathed in natural light from bi-fold glazed doors, and boasting spectacular vistas across the town, with glimpses of the river. The kitchen has been carefully designed to include everything the chef of the holiday will need to whip up delicious meals, with a dining table positioned to enjoy the scenery. The lounge area offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, ready for relaxed evenings. A cosy single bedroom sits just off the living space, overlooking the courtyard. Bench seating in the courtyard provides a spot for a quiet drink in the sunshine, and you’ll have a designated parking space for one car, with an additional space possible on request.

The heart of vibrant Dartmouth is just under a mile away, with Dartmouth Castle – an impressive 14th-century fortress – 3 miles away. From here you can hike down to picturesque Sugary Cove: thanks to the steep walk it’s a tranquil spot for a picnic or a paddle. Greenway House, author Agatha Christie’s holiday home, is 6.5 miles away, using the ferry across the River Dart.

Good standard of accommodation and great to have parking. Location at top of College Way/Townstal Road makes easy walk in to Dartmouth centre with choice of three buses (7, 90, 93) to get home again.

A great place to stay in a good location with parking. Spotlessly clean with everything you needed - comfortable matress and warm duvet, large towels !!! Lovely view from the lounge window and only 20-25 minute walk into town. If the hills are too much for you on the return, the no.90 bus stops two doors down from the property. Welcome basket Read morefor the dog with treats, bags, fleeces, bowl and a towel which was very welcome. Milk was in the fridge and a few chocolates were waiting for us which was a nice touch. The only tiny niggle for us, was the TV was incredibly small and the bedside lamps were very dim - otherwise everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Hide

Clean, tidy comfortable cottage. Good walk to the front but the number 90 bus does a round robin past the front. Love Dartmouth and this is a great place to stop.
