The property is stretched out over three floors, enjoying sea views and an incredible roof terrace on which to sit and sip a sundowner. The cottage hosts a total of five guests, ideal for families.

Make yourselves at home in the open-plan living space with French doors framing a sea view and a Smart TV in way of entertainment. There’s a kitchen ready for rustling up a tasty catch of the day, and you can choose to dine either indoors, out in the rear courtyard or up on the third-storey roof terrace. You really are at the heart of Brixham whilst staying here, with Brixham Harbour and the vibrant Market Street both less than half a mile away. Spend summer days in the Shoalstone Seawater Pool or on the hidden gem beach, Churston Cove (both 1 mile). You can take the passenger ferry from the harbour to Torquay, admiring the sights of the Riviera from out on the water. Alternatively, you can venture in the opposite direction to Dartmouth (6.5 miles), discovering rural beauty along the River Dart as you travel to this scenic South West town.

This cottage is marvellous. So comfortable. Stayed here for a week with my sister and have no criticism at all. We loved it and had such a good week in Brixham. Thank you to the owner and Holiday Cottages - just wonderful! X

Dont stay there. Cottage is on the market and Thai could be why facilities and maintenance are so poor.

Smartly and beautifully presented, light and roomy. Very comfortable and accommodated our family of five (kids of 5 and under) just great. All slept well and enjoyed cosy evenings and mornings on the sofa. Views over the harbour spectacular. Lack of designated parking not a big issue as there was always somewhere on the hill or the adjoining streetRead more to park. Booked for a Family of 4 for a week. Well presented, clear and airy three-story terrace house with Three good sized bedrooms. 2 x Bathrooms with Showers and open-plan Kitchen to Ground Floor. We enjoyed the little nods to the history of the House in particular Mr & Mrs Buley and the original artwork for the Exterior. The best thing is the views of Read moreTorbay from the Two Bedrooms. Simply stunning. Especially at night. Very good proximity to local shops & Harbour. But watch for those steps. Phew!! Hide

A characterful cottage with great views across Brixham. An excellent base for mucking about on steam railways, sea ferries & river ferries. Some fine National Trust properties close to Brixham and some good beaches to hand as well.

Lovely location and fantastic views of Brixham. It was very light and airy and spotlessly clean throughout. The three outdoor seating areas were welcome. I would certainly recommend this cottage.

Lovely clean bright cosy cottage. The bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfortable. The shower rooms were clean & warm. The saucepans, particularly the frying could do with upgrading and replacing. Parking on arrival wasn't easy but managed to get on street parking a few streets behind the cottage. The steps down to the town are not for the faintRead more hearted or less mobile people. Stayed with my ageing, active parents. The views over the bay and harbour are to be seen! Cleanliness and presentation are exceptional. Beds are large and comfortable. Furnishings and fittings good quality. Sea breezes keep the house cool at night for sleeping. Well worth booking the house is a Jem.

This house has been tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Its very clean and 2 of the bedrooms are a great size and the small room is snug and cute and our daughter loved it. We thought the owners had done a nice job renovating it. Decent showers and good pillows. Its very clean too. Highly recommend.
