Escape with your loved ones at this gorgeous seaside apartment sitting in a tranquil complex of properties overlooking Putsborough Beach. Sleeping four people across two bedrooms, it’s perfect for small families or groups who are looking for a beachy retreat to call home while they explore North Devon together. Spend happy hours blowing the cobwebs away on Putsborough Beach, which is just 200m away, and in the evening, come home to share a lazy al fresco dinner on your private balcony while you soak up the stunning sea views.

From your private parking spot, a few outside steps lead you up to your bright and breezy seaside apartment. Kick off your outdoor gears and step into the welcoming open-plan living space. Make yourself at home in the coastal-themed lounge area before you cook up a storm in the kitchen area. Get everyone together to eat at the elegant dining table beside the large window that frames the breathtaking sea views. Alternatively, slide open the patio doors to dine alfresco on your private balcony. Afterwards, make a beeline for the sofa to catch up on your favourite TV shows. At the end of the day, there are two bedrooms down the corridor – a splendid super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a cheerful twin. In the morning, freshen up in the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath, and then set off for the complex’s shared heated swimming pool for a morning dip.

Stroll along the shoreline to Woolacombe Beach (1 mile) to watch the surfers in action. Or follow the South West Coast Path to Baggy Point and Croyde Bay (both within 2 miles) – the sea views along the way are breathtaking. If you want to take a surf lesson, Saunton Sands (3.5 miles) is a great spot.

We loved the apartment, it was bright, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views including the sunsets were amazing and we enjoyed the swimming pool too.

This flat was really lovely. The arrival system was well planned and very organised. Parking well indicated clearly. It was in a fabulous spot with great access to the beach and the pool, which was very warm and very clean and quiet. Its was in excellent decorative order throughout. The appliances were all spotless as was all of the kitchen equipmeRead morent and the bathrooms were also perfectly clean with new fixtures. There was however a very big problem with the hot water. There seemed to only be enough water for 1 bath and 1 shower per day after which the whole hot water system shut down entirely until the following morning at 6am. There was no thermostat anywhere in the flat there was only a boost timer connected to the water tank which did not work. I called the manager of the property who said that we should try the boost and that the hot water was not limited but continuous. This was not the case. After a whole day of being outdoors it is not possible to wash if you have used up the very limited hot water quota in the morning. It was absolutely absurd and because of this problem we actually left 2 days early. How can you possibly stay in a place by the beach which has no hot water? Obviously any owner renting a property at the beach has to provide round the clock hot water. This is after all supposed to be a holiday and not a restrictive regime of short showers to ration water supply. I feel that the owners really let themselves down in this regard because everything else in the flat showed so much attention to detail. This seemed like a rather petty way to make savings which was unnecessary. If this was not intentional the message was not conveyed to me via the property manger who had very little patience for the whole matter. Aside from this it was a lovely place to stay. However I dont think I could reasonably recommend a property for a holiday with restricted and rationed hot water. Hide

The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable.it is furnished to a very high quality. The view overlooking the bay was stunning and the sunsets were spectacularly beautiful. I would highly recommend this apartment.
