The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking tasty meals, and there’s a breakfast bar, dining area and Smart TV for gathering together. You’ll also have a second lounge with sofa beds, quirky dressing-room-style mirrors and French doors leading outside. The main bedroom features a super-king-size four-poster bed, patio access and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower. The twin bedroom can be found on the mezzanine level, beneath the vaulted wooden ceiling. Outside, unwind on the private patio, which has outdoor seating. You are welcome to follow the mown paths through the peaceful 20-acre estate, home to a tranquil pond and pretty orchard. You’ll have private parking for two cars.
With charming spots including Topsham, Darts Farm, Greendale Farm Shop, Lympstone, Honiton and Branscombe all within 13.5 miles, there’s no shortage of lovely places to visit. Nature lovers can wander through the River Otter Estuary Nature Reserve (9 miles) to spot wading birds, otters and even reintroduced beavers. If you love walking, join the scenic South West Coast Path (8.5 miles) for spectacular coastal views. Dartmoor National Park (19 miles) makes a fantastic day trip, with its dramatic landscapes and famous roaming ponies.
