The cottage is beautiful and in a superb, quiet location, central to North Devon. This gave us the potential to visit places in all directions. It was the perfect place to stay during the hottest June week on record, as the upside-down layout meant that our bedrooms stayed cool! Very friendly hosts and resident dogs.

We had a lovely time at Threshers Barn. The location was great for walks with dogs as Tarr Steps is only just up the road. The owners were lovely and welcoming as we did arrive quite late! Would highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful break. Thank you very much.

This is a wonderfully quiet location with great views. The owners are very welcoming (especially Spud!) The property is immaculate and clean, and in terms of self-catering has the best equipped kitchen Ive stayed at. We had a great holiday in this fantastic cottage. It was comfortable and well equipped. The garden was secure and had a fantastic view over the countryside. The owners were friendly and had helpful suggestions on places to visit. We loved Dunster, Tarr steps and Porlock Wier. We would definitely stay again next time we are down that way.

Threshers Barn was very relaxing, the photos do not show it true justice. The approach gave us smiles of delight at the lambs sunbathing in the field. The property has plenty of room, the kitchen is very well equiped we needed for nothing. The upside down nature of the Barn gives the most wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Threshers BaRead morern is lovely bright and super clean, even the dog was sad to leave. The delicious homemade scones were a bonus and didnt last long thank you. Hide
