Nice welcoming house, pleasantly presented and happily recommend. Only point i would note is that if 6 people are staying, only having the one bathroom could be a bit awkward.

This is a lovely cottage in a brilliant location. We loved being able to walk into Brixham from the cottage. All be it down over 100 steps!! The cottage is well equipped. There were a few niggles with the cleaning and the rubbish sack outside the front which we have messaged about separately. We would definitely stay here again however.

The cottage was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we could have needed for our short break and we felt the value was great for the location. Would definitely consider booking again in the future.
