A pleasant location down a fairly quiet lane. Very comfortable cottage, with views of fields from the front and back upstairs. Nice homely feel to the cottage and decorated tastefully with a seaside theme. A pleasant walk down to Brixham and to delightful coves. Quite good for dog walking too.

Great little cottage with a proper walled garden which was safe for the dogs. Bit of a sun trap in the evening too. Well stocked kitchen with all the equipment you could need. Nice little cottage in good position for visiting the area. Beautiful white bedding and plenty of extra blankets for cold weather. Great facilities in the annex if you take children. Parking outside no problem. A very helpful caretaker. A few tweaks needed considering it was the start of the season. Our main issue was the boxed in radiator in the lRead moreounge wasn't giving out any heat, so we had to borrow an electric heater for instant heating until we were staying in long enough to light the fire. Perfect cottage. A nice touch when we arrived on a cold rainy night to have the fire already made up. Cool water and wine along with milk in fridge and cookies. Everything worked well, great shower. Good communication before travel. Extremely comfortable stay.
