This attractive, light and spacious property makes a perfect romantic getaway for two or a great holiday base for a small family. The apartment is set on the first floor of a charming apartment block and features an elegant and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There are two comfortable bedrooms: a twin room and a double. The apartment also has a raised lawn area where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.

The apartment is just a short stroll from the wonderful, family-friendly sandy beach of Woolacombe, where you will also find some excellent pubs and restaurants. The popular surfing beaches of Croyde (5 miles) and Saunton (7 miles) are nearby, or you could enjoy glorious walks along the Tarka Trail or the South West Coast Path. The popular market town of Ilfracombe is 6 miles away, or you could head to Barnstaple for shopping (14 miles) or take a boat trip out to Lundy. Other attractions include Combe Martin Wildlife Park (11 miles) and Arlington Court (13 miles).

We found Breakers to be a really comfortable, cosy and well equipped apartment. The location couldn't be better! It's so close to the beach and also to the centre of the town with all of it's little shops and restaurants, etc. We found the owners to be very kind and generous and we all really appreciated the lovely gifts of shortbread, crisps aRead morend drinks on arrival. The beds are very, very comfy and it's so nice to wake up to a sea view! We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this property to couples and young families. Hide

This apartment is in a great location for the beach and exploring North Devon. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were even body boards in the garage we could make use of. We would definitely go back.

Lovely apartment, had everything we needed for our stay. Close to all amenities and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean and a nice welcome pack. Also parking space. Would certainly book again if coming back to Woolacombe.

Lovely light, well equipped and convenient apartment; perfect for anyone wishing to enjoy the beautiful beaches and walks around Woolacombe. Great views from all windows and everything in the apartment very clean. Excellent and courteous communication from owners at all times. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment was in very good order, clean and well presented on our arrival. The owners had left tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and wine which was much appreciated. It is in a perfect position in Woolacombe to access the beach, coastal footpaths and the village.
