Enjoy a group stay at this four-storey townhouse in the heart of Ilfracombe and find yourselves in an ideal position for the beach, shops and restaurants. Sleeping nine guests and happy to accept four-legged friends too, this four-bedroom villa make a great base for an extended family group, two families together or friends keen to celebrate a special occasion. The entrance to the Tunnels Beaches is just 150 metres away and the South West Coast Path and walk through the National Trust’s Torrs just 500 metres from the house.

Open the door to the period property and head down the hall to the open-plan lounge/diner. Gather in here after each trip out to light the wood burner catch up on your favourite shows together on the Smart TV. Prepare feasts for your party through in the kitchen/diner, where there’s a breakfast bar to pause at over a cup of coffee and the papers, then serve up through at the elegant table next door. Head up to the first floor to find the family bathroom, a twin bedroom and a king-size, with en-suite shower room. Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a  Smart TV, are on the second floor. Spend summer evenings taking the sea air and enjoying a drink out in the courtyard. Parking for this property is on the street, subject to availability.

Ilfracombe has a selection of beaches to spend time on; head to Wildersmouth Beach, 0.5 miles away, and Cheyne Beach, a little further on, to swim, snorkel and let your canine companion play freely without restriction. Book exciting sea safaris and fishing boat trips out from the harbour, just over 0.5 miles from the property.

Great house in a great location, and great value. There were 9 of us staying and we were really comfortable there. Would recommend and woulds stay again.

South Bay Villa was a lovely property and we would love to stay again on our next visit to Ilfracombe. Our Daughter said it was the best house we have stayed in. It is ideally situated, comfortable, well equipped and clean. We all loved how it was decorated. A perfect place to relax.

Good location, easy walk to Ilfracombe beaches and harbour area. Parking is an absolute nightmare - we never got parked on the street and had to pay for parking in local car parks. House nice and big and pleasant to relax in but smell of damp overpowering and I had to buy air fresheners to combat it. Ensuite bathroom just has a sand-loo which meansRead more it cant be used like a normal toilet, no loo paper can be flushed, not that great. Lidl at end of road very convenient. Hide
