A beautiful property, surrounded by rolling countryside, just 3 miles from the bustling village of Appledore. Laid out over four storeys, it offers contemporary open-plan living areas inside and out, perfect for friends and family keen to enjoy comfortable days indoors when not exploring the natural attractions that line the North Devon and Hartland Heritage coasts.

The property enjoys a fresh and modern feel, and its living areas are flooded with natural light to give it a welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is an inviting space, perfect for group socials throughout the day and night, whatever your agenda. This leads outside to a decked balcony area, ideal for alfresco dining, with jaw-dropping views over the village and out towards Barnstaple Bay. The utility room on the ground floor is handy for costume changes. A king-size bedroom and an en-suite double bedroom with a balcony stand on the first floor, along with a family bathroom, while on the second floor, there are two king-size bedrooms, one enjoying an en-suite shower room and a balcony. Outside, on ground level, an enclosed paved area is a perfect place to get some sun with a coffee or good book.

Westward Ho! (1 mile) offers a range of family-friendly amenities and quality water sports, while the beach at Greysands (2 miles) is held in equally high regard. Beautiful property with stunning coastal views. Great having the two seating areas on different levels to accommodate all family members. Fabulous balcony/decking for alfresco dining also with a sea view. We all really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great family holiday at this lovely property that is well looked after, and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Its nice that all bedding and towels are provided for all guests. The views from the balconies are amazing and there are plenty of utilities for cooking and doing laundry. The welcome pack was luxurious and a nice surprise on arrivaRead morel. Stunning place to stay and very well equipped to enjoy a relaxing break. The property is well furnished and has comfort and luxury feel to it. Location is great and the view of the sea from each floor really tops it off.

We booked this house for the views & we were not disappointed. The views from all balconies are fabulous & we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out enjoying them. The house is lovely, it is well cared for & has all that you need for your stay. The thoughtful welcome gifts were appreciated by all. Outstanding, well maintained, property with stunning views, in a great location for exploring North Devon. Property has two parking spaces and reasonable Torridge Council weekly parking available nearby. Property is both comfortable, well appointed and equipped, perfect for a family stay. 10/10

Our holiday got off to a really good start with the very generous 'welcome pack' - much appreciated, thank you. The accommodation was very comfortable with excellent views across to the sea and over to Saunton/Braunton. It had great interior designs, was very spacious and well equipped.

Great house, everything you need for a lovely stay. Beautifully decorated and appointed, being split over 4 floors there are a lot of stairs and anyone with mobility issues would struggle. ( I live in a bungalow and my calves felt the strain
