Incredible stay- thankyou so much for sharing your property with us. It was a home from home, warm and inviting. The children loved the games made available in the lounge. Beautifully decorated and quaint. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We would love to come back again.

The main oven does not work with instructions. The twin room has no functioning window, stinks like a wine cellar., the TV here did not work, the caretaker did not get back to me. The house was freezing, had to climb a ladder to fetch heater from an outbuilding. It was NOT PAT TESTED. There was no spare key for emergency. The cottage was not cleaneRead mored, found an open can of beer in twin room. The cottage was not managed and 'Not as Described'. The twin room, TV, and oven were unfit for purpose. Hide

The cottage is very quaint but very cluttered. Some visitors may find all the books etc interesting but we just found them overwhelmingly too much. It is ideally situated for touring round North Devon. Parking is an issue but as long as you are happy to pay the weekly charge is not a real problem.
