Clean and confortable. Comfortable beds. Every detail thought of. Helpful and friendly owners who found out where local football pitches were for my son. There was a heatwave on our hol. But it wasn't too hot in Stonehaven and there was a breeze. We visited Baggy Point - Croyde, Saunton sands, Crow point, Valley of the rocks. Fish and chips from thRead moree Pelican, and ice cream from Woolmers farm shop. A very relaxing stay. Hide

The cottage was perfect for us as a base to walk some of the South West Coast Path. It was lovely to have two en suite shower rooms and an extra toilet downstairs. Our two dogs were very well catered for as well. Dog bowls and dog biscuits were very much appreciated by them. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves but there were Read moreseveral pubs/takeaways nearby. At the end of the lane there is also a very handy farm shop which is open long hours. We would definitely book again. Hide

Beautifully converted barn, contains everything you need for a holiday with dogs and easy access to scenic walks, beaches and shops/restaurants (car required). There is a large residential building development nearby so not as quiet as it probably once was. Hosts are lovely and helpful and sky sports was a bonus for us!
